We respect your privacy and value the relationship we have with you. This Privacy Policy is designed to show you what information about you we collect through your use of our iOS application PaperJet.

Information We May Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information about you during your use of PaperJet.

Feedback and bug reporting

PaperJet does not provides an option called "Send feedback / Report a bug" that you can use to inform us of any bugs you observe, provide remarks or simply share your thoughts with us by sending it to ilia@top.ge. If you use this option, we ask for your email address so we have a way to respond. You can optionally give us your name and your description of the feedback you want to report.

When you use this option we do gather some additional, non-personal information about your device and the state of PaperJet so we have a better shot at diagnosing the issue you are reporting. This information includes:

Environment Info: Device model, iOS version, iOS language, free disk space, Paperjet version.
Description about the last error encountered, if any, as provided by the system.

We may update the information we gather in this manner when we release new features or identify areas that need better diagnosing. We will always use technical details about your device or PaperJet, and we will never include any personally identifiable information about you our your device. In particular, no device identifiers, IP addresses or GPS locations are or will be recorded.

Usage of the information we collect

The information you send when you use the bug or crash reporting options is only used for the purposes of identifying the problem you reported. The information is not used in any other way, profiling or otherwise; and it is not used for advertising purposes. That includes your email address, which will only be used to communicate with you regarding the problem you reported and will not be used for any other purpose.

Updates to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our information processing practices or for any other purpose. We will indicate at the top of the Privacy Policy when it was most recently updated.
